Payments for our services are to be made to our company current bank account. International remittance can be made to the same bank account. All payments are to be done against a Purchase Order raised by our Client and we will provide Tax invoice for all such payments. Every invoice raised needs to be cleared in 15days from the invoice date. Optionally we accept payments through Wise and Paypal.

Resource augmentation is not something we encourage a lot - however if the scope is clear we can take full ownership of isolated scope in part or in full.

We provide comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract support for all ERP implementation backed a strong Service Level Agreement in place.

At Tacten - we maintain and share a repository of all accesses and detailed information required for project recovery and DB restoration to our clients, so that in case of any untoward event of disruption of our service, the customer can ensure a smooth transition to any other technically competent vendor.
